Domain Configuration

 Configure Weblogic12c Domain:

Navigate to ORACLE_HOME/wlserver/common/bin>

Click on config.cmd

New Domain Name :- username,password,confirm password

Select Domain Mode : Development or Production.

"Create New Managed server : Select all options to create Admin server, Managed servers, machines, 

Clusters and Nodemanager."

 Listen Address

Node  manager : username,password,confirm password

create managed server

 Create Cluster

assign new server to cluster

 Create Machine

 assign server to machine

overall creation of Domain, managed servers, cluster, Machine. Click “Create”.

Note

Every domain has their own port.

At a time, we can start one domain server.

While configure domain we can select SOA, OSB..etc .

admin server: delete cache and temp

managed server: delete cache, temp, data.

Configure Weblogic12c Domain:

1 Navigate to ORACLE_HOME/wlserver/common/bin>

Click on config.cmd

2 New configuration windows occurs.

select new Domain creation. 

3 Click on Next

Make sure the domain name .

C:OracleMiddlewareOracle_Homeuser_projectsdomainsbase_domain

4 Login details for the Admin Console

password =welcome1

confirm password=welcome1

click Next

5 Select the Domain mode : Development or Production.

click Next

6 Here to create new Managed servers, Cluster.

"Select all options to create Admin server, Managed servers, machines,

 Clusters and Nodemanager."

Click on Next

7 Provide Listen Address And Click on Next

8 we should provide username and password here.

otherwise found the below exception

9 Enter the credentials

10 Enter below details.

username=weblogic

password=welcome1

confirm password=welcome1

click on Next

11 Here to create managed server,

Click Add on for managed server.

12 Enter managed server details. click next.

13 Here to create to create Clusters.

Click Add to add Cluster

14 Enter cluster details.

ClusterName: Cluster1

Cluster Address: 127.0.0.1:7003,127.0.0.:7005

Click on Next

15 Here to assign the servers to new cluster.

Click next.

16 Its shows the server has been assigned to cluster. click next

17 Here Machine creation.

Click add for machine. Click next

18 Enter new machine details.

19 Assign servers to Machine- M1

20 "Here it show the overall creation of Domain, managed servers, 

cluster, Machine. Click “Create”."

21 Click Next.

22 Configuration has been succeeded.
